Almost everything runs remotely. We are only on site when hardware is physically installed or a problem cannot be solved from a distance. That saves travel time and costs and keeps response times short.
The typical installation
On day one, the hardware is set up at your site: mounting the servers, cabling the network, connecting power, setting up remote access. Everything else happens remotely afterwards: operating system, AI platform, models, monitoring, and the integration into your systems. If the hardware is already in place and reachable via VPN, even the complete installation can be done remotely.
Maintenance in daily operation
Under managed operations we monitor your system around the clock from a distance: performance metrics, automatic alerts, early detection of problems. Updates, security patches, and troubleshooting run over a VPN-secured connection, and support is available by email or phone. Problems are usually fixed before you notice them.
On-site visits remain the exception: defective hardware components, hardware upgrades, or training on request. Such visits are not included in the standard license and are billed separately.
Special case: air-gapped systems
Systems without internet access are deliberately isolated from the outside world. Here, installation and updates happen on site, and monitoring runs over your internal network. That is the price of the highest security level, and exactly right for those environments.
In short
One on-site day for the hardware, everything else remote. Fast, cost-efficient, and without scheduling for routine work.
