The right operational model depends on your internal resources. Most companies choose our Managed On-Premises offering, where we take over the complete technical operation. If you want to bring in your own IT expertise, co-management or self-service is the way to go.
Managed On-Premises
Hardware, operations, and monitoring from a single source: the servers sit in your infrastructure, and we handle updates, security patches, monitoring, and support entirely remotely, without insight into your sensitive data. You only provide power, cooling, and network. This model suits companies without a dedicated IT team and regulated industries that need to demonstrate professional operations without building their own AI staff.
Co-management
We take care of maintenance, updates, and monitoring, while your team handles day-to-day administration, configuration, and user management. The split is flexible and can shift over time. This fits companies with an IT team but limited AI expertise, or anyone who wants to take over more responsibility step by step.
Self-service
You run the system entirely yourself. We deliver the initial installation, training, and documentation, and are optionally available for support. Maximum control and lower running costs, but you need a strong IT team of your own.
Switching is always possible
The models are not a one-way street: many customers start with Managed On-Premises, get to know the system, and gradually take over more themselves. The operational model grows with your resources and requirements.
