Maintenance and updates run planned and coordinated, so your system stays stable and current with minimal downtime. The software license covers regular updates of the platform and the AI models plus all security patches, optionally complemented by remote monitoring and support.
How an update runs
Before every major update you receive advance notice, usually one to two weeks ahead, with clear information about changes and expected downtime. The maintenance window is coordinated with your team and usually falls outside business hours. After the update we validate function, performance, and integrations.
Critical security patches are the exception to this rhythm: they are applied promptly, coordinated but prioritized. Non-critical updates, on the other hand, can be postponed on request.
Without interruption, with a way back
On cluster systems, rolling updates without downtime are possible: the servers are updated step by step while the system keeps running. If something goes wrong, an automatic rollback kicks in. In addition, regular backups protect configurations and system states, with extra backups before every update, so any state can be restored.
In short
You do not have to worry about a thing: we plan, communicate, and execute updates, keep models and platform current, and always have a tested way back.
